Join us in celebration of our 23rd Annual Shoes for Children Shoe Drive and Benefit Performances as Shoes for Children’s co-founder “Sweet Lou Collins” welcomes The Rolle Project (TRP) Ensemble, under the direction of Artistic Director Tyrell V. Rolle and special guests, The Strikers Dance Troupe (comprised of twenty students pursuing college degrees at Florida A&M University) in the collaborative performance presentation “Raising the Barre: A Winter Dance Production.”

Purposed to unite and uplift African-American student performance artists while promoting self-confidence and positive self-image through dance, mentoring, and acting, this inspiringly powerful and culturally diverse dance arts exchange cultivates an enhanced knowledge and awareness expanding individual artistic abilities while providing the community with educative entertainment and public service.

Shoe Drive Shoe Donations will be accepted at these benefit performance events (new pairs of children's athletic shoes sized to fit preschoolers to high school youth).  Shoe Drive Shoe Donations will also be accepted from November 15th - December 22nd, at all Las Vegas-Clark County Library District branches. All donated shoes will be distributed to children within neighboring elementary schools and also donated to local charities.
