Seated Yoga Class
On fourth Fridays of each month at 2 p.m., enjoy a free Seated Yoga class. This safe, gentle beginners program is for everybody wanting to experience yoga's many stress relief and health benefits. Seated yoga is especially helpful for people who have difficulty standing, completing exercises on the floor and for those who perform a lot of repetitive computer and desk work. An instructor will be present to guide you through the various movements with ease and comfort as "Carol Dickman's Seated Yoga" DVD is played. Dickman has an extensive background as a certified yoga instructor and has taught yoga, stretch and meditation at NBC, Canyon Ranch, The White House Athletic Center, AARP and for New York City's 50+ Expo.
