Herb Russel is an artist, illustrator, painter and cartoonist. This is an exhibit of eclectic mix of cartoons and paintings featuring hares. He has opted to call his work "fine art cartoonin.g" He enjoys having fun with humanizing animals and presenting them simply or in games or movies. Mr. Russel states that he has always liked rabbits and is always seeking new ways to present them.
