Q:
  Can I change my address online?

A:
  No, that is one of the things you'll need to do in person at your library.

You can change your mailing address at your library. Just stop at the front desk with your picture ID, and confirmation of your new address.

If your new address isn't on your driver's license or ID yet, some other items you can use to confirm your new address include:
  • Auto Insurance or Registration
  • Current Utility Bill
  • Lease Agreement
  • Matching name and address on postmarked envelope (postmark must be within 30 days and envelope must be typed - handwritten not accepted)

  Can I reset my PIN online?

A:
  You can reset your PIN in My Account.
  1. Log into My Account.

  2. Click on the Forgot your PIN link?

  3. If we have no email on record, then you may re-set your PIN at your library. Ask at any desk. After the staff verifies your ID (for your protection), they will help you reset your PIN.

  How do I see what I have checked out and when it's due?

A:
  You can see the library items you have checked out in My Account.
  1. Log into My Account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for "Items Checked Out."


Note:If you don't see the list of "Items Checked Out" that means you don't have anything checked out right now.

  What is Databases A-Z?

A:
  Databases A-Z is the page where you can search for a database that you know the name. A databases is on online resource of information available 24/7.
