HOW DO I NOMINATE A BOOK?

1. A book must appeal to the age group for which the nomination is made; be a title most often read or requested by young readers; and have been published within the last three years.
   
   
2. Nominations are submitted by the readers, through their librarian or teacher, for consideration by the Nevada Young Readers' Award Steering Committee.
   
   
3. The nominations are due by November 15th each year to give the Nevada Young Readers' Award Steering Committee ample time to read and consider the nominated books.
   
   
4. The list of nominations for the next voting school year is made public in March of the current voting school year.
