A trademark includes any word, name, symbol, or device, or any combination, used in commerce to identify and distinguish the goods of one manufacturer or seller from goods manufactured or sold by others. The library can help you determine whether or not your name can be trademarked. The Clark County Library is a Patent and Trademark Depository. The resources listed below will help you get started.
