 A History of Native Nevadans through Photography
Sixty-eight photos are available exhibiting the life and culture of Nevada's Native Americans, also included are descriptions. These photos were previously shown at a Nevada Historical Society exhibition and are part of the permanent collection.

 Colorado Plateau Digital Archives
As part of the Colorado Plateau Digital Archives, the availability of documents, oral history audio clips, photos and various full text publications are accessible when using the search term Native American or Indian.
 Edward S. Curtis' The North American Indians
Edward Curtis, an early photographer of the Native American and their culture from his point of view. Materials were provided by the Northwestern University Library.
 Historical Documents Online: Native American Records
The National Archives has provided access to their large collection of documents and photographs concerning Native Americans from the 19th century to the late 20th century.
 History of the American West: 1860-1920
The Denver Public Library presents a collection of photographs from 1860 - 1920 documenting U.S. & Colorado history, western mining, and the Native Americans who lived in the Western United States. Also included is a link to a Native American Women exhibit featuring their children, dwellings and daily lives
 Omaha Indian Music
Exhibiting traditional Omaha music from the 1890s - 1980s. Subject headings include music, speeches, photographs and special Native American events. All materials have been provided from the collection of the Library of Congress' American Folklife Center.
 Stewart Indian School
A virtual tour of the Steward Indian School where Native American students lived, attended vocational classes and played sports from 1890 until 1980. The school is listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places.

 Virtual Anthropology Gallery
Although the virtual exhibit has only two photos on display, there is detail information about Nevada's Native American basketry. One of the baskets is thought to have been created by Dat So La Lee and the second basket is entitled "Beaded Frog Basket" whose weaver is unknown.

 Library of Congress/ Exploring the Early Americas Exhibition
About The Exhibition Exploring the Early Americas features selections from the more than 3,000 rare maps, documents, paintings, prints, and artifacts that make up the Jay I. Kislak Collection at the Library of Congress. It provides insight into indigenous cultures, the drama of the encounters between Native Americans and European explorers and settlers, and the pivotal changes caused by the meeting of the American and European worlds.

 National Congress of American Indians
NCAI provides information on current issues of concern to tribal governments. Also has a tribal directory.
 National Historic Trail: The Cherokee Trail of Tears - 1838-1839
Located at the National Park Service web site, the "Trail Map" is an extremely sophisticated and helpful tool which shows the routes of the Historic Trail. The Trail Map is 2 maps, one depicting and titled "Designated Routes," which are routes that have been designated by Congress as a part of the National Historic Trail, and one depicting and titled "Routes Under Study," which are routes that have not been added yet to the National Historic Trail.
 National Indian Education Association
The oldest and largest Indian education association representing American Indian, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiian educators and students. Contains information on education issues and education facts and history pertaining to Native Americans.
 National Museum of the American Indian
The National Museum of the American Indian is the sixteenth museum of the Smithsonian Institution. It is the first national museum dedicated to the preservation, study, and exhibition of the life, languages, literature, history, and arts of Native Americans. There are locations in New York, Maryland and Washington DC.

 Bureau of Indian Affairs
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) responsibility is the administration and management of 55.7 million acres of land held in trust by the United States for American Indians, Indian tribes, and Alaska Natives. The department's website has been temporarily taken down, but this site now includes links to other sites that have BIA information.
 Code Talk
This publication "is a federal inter-agency Native American Web site designed specifically to deliver electronic information from government agencies and other organizations to Native American communities. Code Talk is hosted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Native American Programs."
