Through interlibrary loan service (ILL), all residents of the Library's taxing district (Henderson and N. Las Vegas are not included in the LVCCLD taxing district) can gain access to materials not available in local libraries. While there are some restrictions and the ILL office is not always able to get what is requested, the staff will always try to obtain it.

LVCCLD Patrons wishing to obtain an item not owned by LVCCLD must complete a request on-line. Please use the links above to select the type of request you are making. Books are requested using a database called "WorldCat". This database contains millions of items found in libraries worldwide.

• You are limited to 5 active Interlibrary Loan Requests.
• ILL items can NOT be renewed.
• If you need the item within the week this service is NOT for you. Items requested take at least 2 weeks to obtain and there is NO guarantee as to when the item will arrive.
• The loan period for each item is based on our due date to the lending library.
• To request materials select an option below (media is NOT requestable i.e. DVDs, Videos, Cassettes).

Information for borrowers who are not Library District residents:
You are encouraged to submit your requests directly to your own library. You may request ILL services from the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District; but, you will be charged a $25 per item prepaid fee and must agree to pay any additional fees assessed by the lending institution. To place a request please visit a local branch and see a library staff member.
