JEAN FORD ASSOCIATES

In 1980 Jean, along with six other women, started Jean Ford Associates. The firm conducted workshops and career planning seminars, provided consulting services, and supplied entertainment for spouses of those attending conventions. Jean Ford Associates was dissolved in 1982, and the Jean Ford Company was established. This company provided many of the services of the previous business, and Jean was on retainer for several non-profit associations as well as working with conventions. She also worked as a consultant and grant writer for libraries and created an inventory of post-secondary educational opportunities in Nevada.
